- Who we are. Frontstep is run by Vladimir Chernov in Ventura County, California. Contact: [email protected].
- Using the builder. Your selections and price are an estimate until we confirm your order. Buying a site is covered by our Service Agreement.
- Your uploads. You may only upload photos and files you own or have permission to use. You give us permission to use them to make your demo and site. Do not upload anything illegal, harmful, or someone else’s private information.
- Our content. Our site, designs, sample sites, and demos belong to Frontstep. Do not copy, scrape, or reuse them.
- Demos. Demos are for viewing only. They expire and may not be copied or published. See Demo Deposit Terms.
- No warranty. The site is provided as is. We try to keep it accurate and working but cannot promise it always will be.
- Limit of liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages from using this site, and our total liability is limited to $100 or what you paid us, whichever is more.
- Copyright complaints. If you believe something on our site infringes your rights, email [email protected] with details.
- Changes. We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
- Law. California law applies. Disputes go to courts or arbitration in Ventura County, California.
